A complimentary 30-minute, no-obligation video or telephone consultation is offered free of charge. This will give us the opportunity to discuss your needs, explore your space, and tailor our services precisely to your requirements.
Additional Pricing Information
If a project requires two organisers working simultaneously, their combined working hours will be calculated accordingly.
For example, 3.5 hours with two organisers equates to one full 7-hour day.
We reserve the right to include reasonable increments of time for planning and preparation within the total working hours.
Organising & Staging
£275
The daily rate for our services is £275 for a 7-hour working day, with a minimum half-day rate of £150.
Travel within a 10-mile radius is included at no additional cost. For locations beyond this, a travel charge of 45p per mile will apply.
For shorter bookings or extended hours, our hourly rate is £40 per hour.
Bespoke Services
From £275
Bespoke services, including wrapping, are charged per project and priced according to the complexity of the work and the materials required.
All quotes are provisional and may be adjusted in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or additional requirements.
